World Languages
In Centerville Schools, French, German, and Spanish are offered beginning in middle school, with more than 3,000 middle and high schoolers enrolled in world language classes each year.
At the end of fifth grade, families complete a form to request which world language class their child would like to take in middle school, ranking their first, second and third choices. Students who complete world language courses in middle school can receive one credit toward their graduation requirements.
